About Me

IMG_2189 (1).jpg

Many people face challenges that affect numerous areas of their life such as the way they think, feel, and act. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and transitional-age youth in a therapeutic environment to help them overcome their obstacles using strength-based and client-centered techniques while emphasizing a cognitive-behavioral therapy approach. I believe that by working together with clients they gain coping skills/insight and learn how to foster healthy and happy relationships where they can be successful in reaching their goals.

I have been working with children and adolescents for over 17 years focusing on school adjustment, bullying, delinquent behaviors, and family dynamics.  I also have experience working with people struggling with relationships and co-parenting.

I have experience working on multidisciplinary teams that focus on domestic violence, teen parenting, and commercially sexually exploited youth
