At some point, we realize we can’t do this on our own. Thank you for stopping by my page. Now, let the healing process begin. Acknowledging you need support in your journey is confirmation that there is strength in you. Everyone can use a helping hand in their life.

I am here to help you, help yourself, through whatever life’s challenges may bring.  I have over 20 years of experience working in the human service and mental health field. Not only am I a mental health clinician, but I am a licensed minister and a community-involved public servant. I believe that quality of life begins with understanding the importance of self-care. You cannot pour from an empty cup. So allow me to understand you better.

Whether traditional or Christian-based counseling, we can work through your trauma, anxiety, depression, or fears. I specialize in women’s issues, couples counseling, substance use disorders, domestic violence, grief/loss, and more. I work to educate the public on the mental health needs of youth, women, children, and communities.

Being mentally well is the source of our mind, body, and soul, and awareness is not a necessity but a need. So, let’s take the first step in your wellness journey together by building a mutually respectful and trusting relationship. I am ready to meet you where you are.
