My name is Rashad Williams. I am a proud product of Hartford CT. I earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Central Connecticut State University and an MSW from Springfield College. I enjoy helping others, so this is why I decided to dedicate my life to this field. 

I am passionate about working in the criminal justice field with juveniles, adult offenders, and victims of crimes. I am also passionate about working with dads.

I played football throughout my life and firmly believe sports contributed to my life’s success. I am a huge Steelers fan and love spending time with my son.
